The Audio Visual Group has nine members – two from procurement and the remainder are specialists in the Audio Visual/Media centres of their institute. Those members who do not have representation are kept up to date via this site, UniBuy, meeting minutes and email.
The group currently manages an inter-regional agreement for the Supply and Installation (inc. design) of Audio Visual Equipment, which commenced on 1 February 2015, for a period of 2 years, with an option to extend for 2 further 1 year periods. It also participates in other inter-regional and national agreements which can be found on UniBuy.
The group is committed to providing a good platform for Audio Visual and Procurement professionals to exchange information, review strategies, explore related procurement initiatives and add value to members.
